MBN is launching its first K-pop awards show on February 26–27, 2027, at Seoul's KSPO DOME, with a Global Fan's Choice category open to worldwide voting.
MBN is launching a new global K-pop awards ceremony — the first-ever MBN K-POP MUSIC AWARDS — scheduled across two nights: February 26 and 27, 2027, at KSPO DOME (formerly the Gymnastics Arena) in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year make up the Grand Prize categories. A Global Fan's Choice category will open voting to fans worldwide. More events tied to that vote will roll out over time.
An MBN Organizing Committee official said the team is "preparing the most authoritative awards ceremony for the top artists who elevated K-pop's status over the year and the global fans who created it together," adding that the show will "present a new paradigm for K-pop awards ceremonies."
