1,030 screens, 40 regions for one night
NCT 127's fifth concert, Neo City: Seoul - The Red Line, runs September 18–20 at Seoul Olympic Park KSPO Dome. The third night is going global. SM Entertainment announced September 3 that the closing show will stream live to 1,030 movie theaters across 40 regions worldwide—Lotte Cinema in Korea, plus venues in Japan, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Three nights at KSPO Dome is already a statement. Sending the final show to over a thousand screens simultaneously turns it into something else.
Seventh album, fifth concert
The Seoul run follows NCT 127's release of their seventh full-length album BLINGY on August 24, which the group has been actively promoting. This is the fifth Neo City concert, placing the run squarely in the middle of what has become a sustained album-to-arena cycle for the group.
