Song So-hee previews new single 'NANSEN' at Medley Medley Festival ahead of Sept. 13 release

'NANSEN' steals the set a week before release

Song So-hee took the stage at the Medley Medley Festival on September 6 at Munhwa Bichwi Giji in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Her nine-song set put her upcoming single front and center.

The performance opened with PARADE (生), released in June, and A Blind Runner from her EP Re:5. She moved through Hamba Kahle, 부서진 것들, 스즈메, and 사슴신 before reaching NANSEN — the track officially dropping September 13 — which drew the strongest crowd response of the night. The set closed with 알래스카 사랑-해 and Not a Dream.

NANSEN had already been circulating before the festival. Song So-hee first performed it as a mashup with 아리랑 at 전주얼티밈뮤직페스티벌 2026, and the Shorts clip from that appearance has crossed 1.5 million views.

What to watch on the 13th

September 13 marks the official release. The 아리랑 mashup clip hit 1.5 million views before the song even had a release date, so the standalone single has momentum. (Nine tracks across genres in one festival set is a flex, but the numbers will tell the real story.)
