A2O LITE's name is being searched wrong by most fans — and the numbers prove it

A2O LITE debuted on Oct. 13, 2026 and landed at No. 1 on Melon's TOP100 chart just 29 hours later. The public, however, largely can't get the name right.
Most searches are getting it wrong
Naver data from around debut showed 75% of searches used A20 instead of A2O. YouTube hit 78%. On Oct. 15—the day the group topped the chart—Google Trends put the domestic index for A20 at a perfect 100 while A2O sat at 53. Globally, A20 scored 100 against A2O's 74.

A2O stands for 'Alpha to Omega,' meant to signify beginning to end. The agency is now figuring out how to push the correct spelling.
