Adnine Project returns after 8 years 7 months with acoustic ballad "Suddenly I Think of You"
Adnine Project returns after 8 years with *문득 니 생각이 나서*, an acoustic ballad featuring actress Kim Ji-an in the music video.
8 years, 7 months between releases
Adnine Project released 문득 니 생각이 나서 (Suddenly I Think of You) on October 15, 2026 at noon across online music sites. The last time the composer-producer put out music was March 2018—그 시절의 우리—leaving a gap of approximately 8 years and 7 months.
The track is an acoustic pop ballad about longing for a past love that surfaces unexpectedly during ordinary moments. Adnine Project handled composition, lyrics, and arrangement directly.
A debut-to-now discography that went quiet
Adnine Project debuted in May 2014 with 718번 버스를 타고, then followed with 에브리데이, 낡은 운동화, and 바람이 준 멜로디 before going silent after the 2018 release. Eight years is a long time to sit on a sound—the fact that the new track is still a quiet acoustic ballad says something about consistency, at least.
The music video stars actress Kim Ji-an, who recently changed her stage name from Kim Hong-eun. This marks her first project under the new name; she has built her acting credits through the play 쉬어매드니스 (Shear Madness) and various short-form dramas.
Adnine Project has stated plans to continue steady music activity starting with this release.
