BigHit Music takes legal action over malicious rumors targeting TXT's Soobin ahead of comeback
BigHit Music filed civil and criminal charges after false rumors about TXT's Soobin circulated on social media starting October 19, just weeks before the group's November comeback.

BigHit draws the line ahead of TXT's November schedule
BigHit Music announced on October 22 that it has initiated civil and criminal legal action against individuals spreading malicious rumors and false information targeting Tomorrow X Together member Soobin.
The rumors started circulating across SNS platforms around October 19. BigHit's official statement said the "indiscriminate spread of false facts and malicious rumors targeting our artists on SNS and online communities has reached a serious level." The label had previously stayed silent to avoid amplifying baseless claims. That approach is over.
BigHit is conducting real-time evidence collection across domestic and international platforms and has already launched proceedings against perpetrators. The agency made one thing clear: no settlement, no leniency for illegal attacks on its artists.
The timing, with PERFECT STORM and a world tour on the horizon
The statement lands at a loaded moment for TXT. The group opens their fifth world tour, STEAL THE WIND, at KSPO DOME (formerly the Gymnastics Arena) in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul from November 13 to 15. Three nights to start. On November 16, they release mini album 9, PERFECT STORM.
(The rumor campaign hit less than a month before both the Seoul shows and the album drop. Timing is rarely accidental.)
BigHit's language leaves no room for interpretation. Evidence collection is already underway. Legal action has already started. The agency has explicitly ruled out any out-of-court resolution.
