Jeokjae drops first single in ~2 years, 'Teullryeodo Doe', on October 27
Singer-songwriter Jeokjae (적재) is dropping a two-track single, his first non-OST release since the October 2024 album *CLICHÉ*.
First studio single since CLICHÉ
Jeokjae (적재) is releasing Teullryeodo Doe (틀려도되) on October 27. It's his first non-OST release since CLICHÉ, his third full-length album from October 2024. Nearly two years have passed between them. He announced the release via SNS on October 19.
The single has two tracks: title track Teullryeodo Doe and B-side Jani...? (자니...?).
Recorder on a beach, not a guitar
A teaser video on his official YouTube channel shows him playing a recorder at a beach. It's a sharp turn from the guitar performances that have defined his recent work—solo concerts, OST contributions, producing.
He performed the song live at Grand Mint Festival 2026 on October 17, before any official word came out.
This is his first single since marrying broadcaster Heo Song-yeon (허송연) in October last year.
