Jeon Yu-jin drops debut full-length album 'Adios' and title track MV
Jeon Yu-jin dropped her debut full-length album 'Adios' on October 10, with the title track music video going live simultaneously on YouTube.
First full-length album, six years into her career
Jeon Yu-jin released Adios on October 10 across streaming platforms. The title track music video appeared on her official YouTube channel at the same time.
The song centers on parting—letting go of past love and longing as time moves forward. That emotional core runs through the entire record, making it her most ambitious work since debuting in March 2020 with the digital single 사랑…하시렵니까?.
From Pohang to '현역가왕' winner
Jeon Yu-jin first gained attention at the Pohang Beach National Song Festival. She then won first place on the MBN competition series 현역가왕 (Current King of Singers), which kept her in the spotlight heading into this album cycle.
Adios marks a format upgrade—her first full-length release after years of singles and smaller projects.
Viewer response to the MV
YouTube comments praised the visuals. "Jeon Yu-jin's sensibility matches the visuals really well." Viewers highlighted "the scene of organizing memories" as a standout moment. Others appreciated "the direction that unfolds parting as a new beginning" and called the record "more mature, befitting a first regular album."
