Actors Lee Yu-jin and Cha Kyung-eun are getting married on November 14 in Seoul. They're also expecting. The couple confirmed both announcements this week—a double piece of news their representatives called joyful for both families.
They met through If You See the Path, Cast It!, Lee Yu-jin's directorial debut. Dating since June with marriage in mind, they received family approval while planning the wedding, then learned of the pregnancy.
"The two actors and both families are all preparing to welcome the new life with joy," their representatives said, adding that delivery date details would not be disclosed as those are personal matters.
"First time I've received this many blessings"
Lee Yu-jin addressed the flood of messages on her SNS on the 6th. "My phone felt like it was going to break," she wrote. She thanked fans and well-wishers. "This is the first time I've received so many blessings since I was born," she said, adding that she would reply individually to colleagues and acquaintances who reached out.
