Nam Bora lost 12kg after birth: Pilates from week 17, breastfeeding, and a 65kg→53kg journey
Nam Bora revealed her postpartum weight loss on YouTube's 'Bora Unni Dongsaeng'—dropping 9kg in 100 days after giving birth while maintaining a Pilates routine.

65kg at delivery, 53kg now
Nam Bora weighed 65kg when she gave birth—up 13kg from her pre-pregnancy weight—and has since dropped to 53kg. She shared the numbers on episode 7 of Bora Unni Dongsaeng, released October 13 on YouTube channel Studio OMG.
The episode came roughly 100 days after she welcomed a son in June. Its title: "Went to work out following Nam Bora before the wedding... got proper bridal care (+guaranteed bodyweight exercise method)." She married a non-celebrity man of the same age in May of last year.
"100 days have passed since giving birth, but there is still some belly fat remaining," she said on the show.
Pilates from week 17 through delivery
Nam Bora trained at a Pilates center from week 17 of her pregnancy straight through week 37—full term—stopping just one week before delivery. She's now back at the same center doing postpartum Pilates.
On shedding the weight, she was straightforward:
"I really worked hard. I did Pilates and breastfed. When you breastfeed, weight really drops quickly. I breastfed very diligently." — Nam Bora
(Twelve kilograms gained. Nine already gone. The numbers speak for themselves.)
She also pushed back on the pressure new mothers face: "If you exercise hard, your body recovers, but it's difficult. So mothers shouldn't be teased about having a belly."
