Park Jung-ah on episode 775
Park Jung-ah appeared on KBS 2TV Immortal Songs episode 775 — the "Composer Park Geun-tae Special," Part 1 — on October 10, 2026. She performed Echo's Haengbokan Nareul ("Happy Me"). A photo posted the same day showed the 44-year-old standing in front of a broadcast studio backdrop lit with the word "LEGENDS."
From Jewelry's 16 music-show wins to the small screen
Park Jung-ah debuted in 2001 as a member of girl group Jewelry with their first album Discovery. The group followed with the second-album title track Again02. Then came the third-album track Ni-ga Cham Joa. The rock-dance single Super Star from their fourth album took Jewelry to the top of music broadcast rankings. Across their run, Jewelry accumulated 16 music-broadcast number-one wins and held the top spot on KBS Music Bank for seven consecutive weeks. Their fifth album produced One More Time.
Since leaving the idol circuit, Park Jung-ah has stayed active in front of cameras. She has been a regular panelist on Professor Oh Eun-young's YouTube channel segment Oh~ Wait a Minute! since December 2023. Off-screen, she married professional golfer Jeon Sang-woo in May 2016 (he's 43, two years her junior). Their daughter, Jeon A-yoon, was born in March 2019. Sixteen music-show wins is the kind of number that earns you a "LEGENDS" backdrop without argument.
