Seo In-young on her prenup clause ahead of 2026 remarriage
Seo In-young's divorce wrapped up in November 2024. Now she's remarrying this year—and she's already got a non-negotiable prenup clause locked in.

Seo In-young is getting remarried in 2026. She knows exactly what she wants in the contract. On the October 22 episode of Seo In-young's Trendy Grandpa (E Channel, 9 PM), the singer sat down with divorce lawyer Park Min-chul and laid it out.
"If I write a prenuptial agreement, there is a clause I must include," she said on the show. The specific clause stayed undisclosed. Meeting Park Min-chul drew a rueful comment: "I should have met you before."
A marriage, two lawsuits, and a new relationship
Her first marriage moved fast. It fell apart faster. She registered her marriage to a non-celebrity man in 2022 and moved in together. A wedding ceremony followed in February 2023. By September 2023, her husband filed for divorce. She filed her own suit in March 2024. November 2024 brought finalization.
Less than two years later, she announced a new relationship—again with a non-celebrity man—in June 2026. Remarriage plans came alongside it, set for before year's end. (The prenup conversation hits different when you've already lived through the whole thing once.)
