'SWIM' has spent 12 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and tied 'Dynamite' for most weeks at #1 on the Global chart.

'SWIM' has now spent 12 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, charting at #43 on the June 20 chart — and that's just one number in a very long list.
The title track from BTS's regular 5th album ARIRANG hit #1 on the Billboard Global (excl. US) chart eight times total as of the June 6 chart date. That ties the all-time record previously held by the group's own 'Dynamite' and sets the record for most #1s among any 2026 release. On the same June 20 chart, 'SWIM' sat at #2 on that Global chart. All 13 vocal tracks from ARIRANG have also charted for 12 consecutive weeks. Radio picked up on it too: #13 on Pop Airplay, #16 on Adult Contemporary, #24 on Adult Pop Airplay.
ARIRANG the album landed at #11 on the Billboard 200, #7 on Top Album Sales, #22 on Top Streaming Albums, and #16 on Vinyl Albums. The 2022 compilation Proof is still sitting at #8 on World Albums in its 209th charting week. That shouldn't be possible. Japanese 4th album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 ~ THE JOURNEY ~ charted at #17 on World Albums, and LOVE YOURSELF 轉 'Tear' at #25.
BTS also dropped digital single 'Come Over' on June 12, which won Billboard's weekly new song fan poll that same day with 86% of the vote. It entered Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global chart at #11 on June 12 and held at #22 on June 15.
The next major date is July 19, when BTS headlines the 2026 FIFA World Cup final halftime show alongside Madonna and Shakira. A Billboard poll asking fans which artist they most anticipated seeing at the tournament gave BTS over 8 million votes — more than 50% of the total.
