*Lemon Tang* hit Melon's daily top 100 on release day and broke into the real-time top 50 by June 25. The album is headed for half-a-million copies sold.

Lemon Tang moved 440,000 copies by June 23—just two days after dropping—and already surpassed Hearts2Hearts' previous first-week record of roughly 420,000. The group's debut half-million seller is locked in.
The eight-member group Carmen, Jiu, Yuha, Stella, Jueun, Eina, Ian, and Yeon released mini album 2 Lemon Tang on June 22. The title track is a dance pop song with a refreshing summer vibe and an upbeat, vibrant sound. "Secret Recipe" and "처음투성이" (Cheoeum-tuseong-i) round out the tracklist.
On Melon, Lemon Tang entered the daily chart top 100 right after release and pushed into the real-time top 50 by June 25. The climb echoed an earlier win: digital single "RUDE!" dropped in February and hit No. 1 on Circle Chart's March monthly chart.
Hearts2Hearts debuted in February of the previous year. NME called them "a team that breaks away from existing formulas and adds their own individuality and imagination to K-pop."
The campaign centered on a "lemon sun" concept. A massive yellow Lemon Tang airship floated over Seoul's skyline. An Ilsan pop-up store offered a lemon foot bath and a game to defeat the "Lemon sun." The group ran a "Lemon Tang Club" recruitment push across social media and fan communities. Hearts2Hearts also partnered with Pinterest to drop meme-format behind-the-scenes images exclusively.
