A2O MAY returns July 17 with New Jack Swing single 'Love Got Me Ooh'
The group drops a two-track single 9 months after debut EP 'PAPARAZZI ARRIVE', pairing a New Jack Swing title track with a ballad B-side.
A2O MAY is coming back July 17 with new single Love Got Me Ooh.
The release lands roughly 9 months after their first EP, PAPARAZZI ARRIVE, which dropped October 24 of last year. The title track is built on a New Jack Swing foundation, blending retro groove with contemporary production. The two-track single also includes Rain On My Parade, a ballad the group is using to put their vocal range on display — a different register from the performance-heavy BBB stages they ran in August 2025.
The comeback comes off a stretch of award recognition: A2O MAY picked up the Rookie Award at the 2025–2026 Music Business Industry Awards (MBIA), New Artist Award at the 2025 Asian Hall of Fame, and two separate honors at Weibo — the New Group Award at the Weibo Music Awards 2025 and the New Group Award at Weibo's Night of Competition. Four rookie awards in one cycle is a lot of hardware for a group still in their first year.
Looking ahead, they're scheduled to attend the TMEA awards ceremony in Macau on August 16.
