"Filling in the Blanks" talk show spotlights K-pop's foundational artists

Filling in the Blanks (빈칸채우기) held its press conference on July 16, 2026 at Forest Media in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.

The show pairs audience members with performing artists to build shared narratives around personal stories and songs. Its tagline: "That song from then, a record of the temperature we loved."

Broadcaster Ryu Dae-san, music director O Jun-sung, and singers Park Hak-gi, Park Seung-hwa, and Lee Se-jun attended.

O Jun-sung laid out the vision simply: "Will spotlight artists who created the K-pop foundation... will share memories." The genre's early architects rarely get a live, communal moment like this one.

No performance dates or venues were announced.
