Actor Jin Tae-hyun has left Divorce Deliberation Camp (이혼숙려캠프), the show he joined when it debuted in 2024. On July 16, the production team confirmed his exit via on-screen text at the end of the episode: "We thank investigator Jin Tae-hyun for being with us for 2 years until the 22nd group arrived."

That same broadcast previewed actor Lee Dong-geon as the incoming marital affairs investigator. Lee has lived through divorce and recently appeared on SBS variety show Misun Wuri Saekki, where he spoke openly about life after his split and his relationship with his daughter.

The handoff raised eyebrows. Reports surfaced that Jin's departure was communicated through his manager rather than directly to him, fueling talk of tension with producers. The production team denied this framing, calling the change "a decision made in terms of program change" and describing it as a deliberate refresh after roughly two years of the same format.

Jin addressed the exit himself. "My life experience is limited and subjective, so I always had many concerns and worries while giving advice," he said. Among his 25 years as an entertainer, he added, "I approached this more sincerely than any other filming." The show offered no farewell segment—just that closing caption.
