Lee Chan-won hit 230 straight weeks at No. 2 on the Idol Chart (July 6–12, 69,066 votes), riding high after four Seoul Music Awards wins in June.
Lee Chan-won has now sat at No. 2 on the Idol Chart rating rankings for 230 consecutive weeks. The July 1st-week tally, compiled July 6–12, gave him 69,066 votes. He also placed 2nd overall in the platform's "likes for stars" category with 6,779 likes.
The streak runs alongside a strong awards showing. At the 35th Seoul Music Awards, held June 20 at Inspire Arena in Jung-gu, Incheon, Lee Chan-won swept four trophies: the Trot Award, the Main Award, the Popularity Award, and the newly established SMA Best Artist Award.
During Part 3 of the ceremony, he performed Cheotsarang (첫사랑), Rock & Roll Insaeng (락앤롤 인생), and Oneureun Waenji (오늘은 왠지) alongside 14 dancers.
He currently hosts KBS2's Immortal Songs (불후의 명곡) and Celeb Byeongsa's Secret (셀럽병사의 비밀). He also appears on JTBC's Tokpawon 25-si (톡파원 25시) and MBC's Surprise Mystery Salon (서프라이즈 미스터리 살롱).
