Shin Seung-hun is four songs into a Jeju songwriting camp. The 58-year-old veteran confirmed the progress in a recent update.

Shin Seung-hun has finished four songs at Jeju Song Camp. "Jeju Song Camp song work is progressing smoothly, completing the 4th song," he wrote. He's also recreating a meal he ate in Jeju two years ago as a small post-session reward.
This new material comes after SINCERELY MELODIES, his 12th regular album marking his 35th debut anniversary. The project featured two title tracks: '너라는 중력' and 'TRULY'. Before that he ran a six-show solo concert, '2026 신승훈 리미티드 에디션', at GS Art Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul in April, and appeared on SBS 미운 우리 새끼 the same month.
Shin debuted in November 1990 with 미소 속에 비친 그대, a self-composed title track that became a million-seller immediately. His second album's title track '보이지 않는 사랑' sold over 1.6 million copies and held the number-one spot on music broadcasts for 14 consecutive weeks. Seven straight million-selling regular albums followed, from his third through seventh releases. Total career album sales now stand at over 17 million copies.
