ZIN CHOI drops double single 'TGIFS' with electro-pop and Miami bass tracks

ZIN CHOI (진초이, real name 최서진) released double single TGIFS on July 7, 2026. The indie pop singer-songwriter writes, composes, directs music videos, designs artwork, and oversees visuals entirely on her own.

The two tracks split along a day-and-night theme. sick of fun is cool electro-pop about the ennui of staying indoors during summer's brightest season and the longing it creates for the outside world. alike runs on an upbeat Miami bass beat and captures the strange, intense emotions of love at dawn.

ZIN CHOI debuted in October 2024. By mid-2026 she'd already released coco, a collaboration single with cosmetic brand easea, and UFO, which dropped on Children's Day. She appeared on British NME and Bose's C25 Mixtape and was named the youngest solo artist on Apple Music's Best of 2025: Korea.

She hosts 음악의 참견 on HYBE's podcast channel STAN:A. She runs her independent label 22 and party brand THAT PARTY. A 17-year-old juggling all of this—the schedule is not light.
