h.a.l.o, SCON's first unit project, debuts August 21 with single '푸름주의보'
Haroha, Moa, Leviyan, and Aotora Yuki—one member each from four different groups—are forming h.a.l.o. Their debut single drops August 21.
SCON's first-ever unit project has a name, a lineup, and a release date. h.a.l.o—a 4-member female group—will drop debut single 푸름주의보 on August 21, with the music video going live the same day.
The group pulls one member from four separate acts: Haroha from Blue Jump, Moa from Michu, Leviyan from Hexia, and Aotora Yuki from SCON. The name itself is an acronym built from each member's name. h from Haroha, a from Moa, l from Leviyan, o from Aotora Yuki.
푸름주의보 is built on a band sound and channels summer energy and youthful sensibility, per the agency. (A band-driven debut from a cross-group unit is an interesting swing.)
The rollout starts August 12 with the first group content. An MV teaser follows on August 14. The full single and MV arrive August 21. A second group content drop comes August 25.
SCON said: "h.a.l.o is a project where members from different groups meet to create new possibilities." The agency added it plans to "showcase h.a.l.o's unique color and charm through various content and music."
