Park Jung-soo jokes about throwing a shoe after staff mention marrying Jung Kyung-ho

Park Jung-soo did not take the joke quietly.

On the 26th, a new video went up on her YouTube channel 웬만해선 정수를 막을 수 없다 — titled, roughly, "2 million won per set? The world of Park Jung-soo's madam look, those old-drama outfits… Park Jung-soo tries them on again." She visited a large gallery cafe and cultural complex in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province, run by a longtime friend.

When the production crew gushed over the venue, Park Jung-soo offered to arrange their wedding there. A crew member shot back, laughing: "With older brother Jung Kyung-ho." Park Jung-soo's response was instant. "Should I throw a shoe?"

The joke lands differently with context. Park Jung-soo has been in a de facto marriage with director Jung Eul-young (정을영) since at least 2001 (one outlet reports 2009; the two sources disagree on the start year). Jung Eul-young is Jung Kyung-ho's father. Jung Kyung-ho treats Park Jung-soo like a mother. She married in 1975, has one son and one daughter, and divorced in 1997.

Jung Kyung-ho made headlines in June when his 14-year relationship with Girls' Generation's Sooyoung ended.
