Shin Jang-mi and Yoon Su-hyun brought Seoul to life on KBS2's National Trot Festival Special, swapping costumes and calling in an orchestra for 'Seoul Tango'.

Shin Jang-mi and Yoon Su-hyun turned Seoul Tango into a full theatrical set on episode 771 of KBS2's Immortal Songs, which aired August 29 under the theme "National Trot Festival Special."
The two performed as Seoul's representatives. Shin Jang-mi opened as a performer in a small live bar. Yoon Su-hyun entered as an aspiring singer with an acoustic guitar. Both were grinding through a lonely city to make it as singers. Midway through, they changed costumes and an orchestra joined in. The second half landed differently—heavier, bigger.
Shin Jang-mi's high-register runs locked against Yoon Su-hyun's grounded low notes. The ensemble hit what felt thrilling. A two-person trot stage with a live orchestra and a narrative arc is not common ground, and this one earned the comparison.
For Shin Jang-mi, the appearance comes roughly three months after her comeback. She released 달달해요 (Daldalhaevo) in May, her first new music in about two years and six months.
