Susojin's 'A Lot Like Love' enters Japan USEN K-POP chart at No. 20, hits 2M YouTube Music plays

Virtual girl group Susojin (수소진) hit No. 20 on Japan USEN's weekly K-POP ranking for July 1, 2024. The data covered June 19–25. Their track: A Lot Like Love (사랑인 듯 아닌 듯), released May 21, 2024.

It's a cover of an OST. Baek A-yeon originally performed it for the SBS drama Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo (달의 연인-보보경심 려) OST Part.7, which dropped September 21, 2016. Ji-hun and Gu Ji-an wrote the original; Rocoberry composed it. That version has over 16 million plays on YouTube. Susojin's 2026 take was arranged by Lee Yu-jin and Lee Jae-sung, who also played piano and bass respectively. Park Shin-won handled guitar. Rocoberry added chorus vocals. Ahn Young-min mixed; Kwon Nam-woo of 821 SOUND mastered.

On YouTube Music, A Lot Like Love sits around 2 million plays. Their earlier single Starlit Night (별이 빛나는 밤), out in March 2024, has roughly 2.9 million on the same platform. That track hit No. 1 on Spotify Hong Kong, No. 6 in Taiwan, and No. 11 on the domestic YouTube Shorts chart as of May 22, 2024.

Susojin launched in December 2025 as a three-member virtual group under Brotherhood Entertainment, led by Rocoberry. They debuted with the EP 아직 너를 사랑하는 건 맞아, then released 처음 그 자리 그대로 in January 2024, followed by 별이 빛나는 밤 and A Lot Like Love. (A virtual group racking up OST cover plays and cable broadcast chart entries in Japan within months of debut is worth tracking.)
