TNX and 82MAJOR both return: new singles drop August 27 and September 1

Two mid-sized boy groups are back-to-back this week. TNX release their 3rd digital single Die Another Day on the 27th, roughly seven months after January's CALL ME BACK.

Die Another Day is an alternative pop track built on a heavy band sound. Member Eun-hwi co-wrote and co-composed the title track. Five years into their run since 2022, the group is leaning into self-production.

The live performance angle matters most here. A Phinaation official told media on the 26th: "TNX put the greatest effort into showing live capabilities during this comeback preparation." All members plan to hold hand microphones and perform music broadcast stages fully live while executing high-intensity choreography.

82MAJOR follow on September 1 with their 2nd single HEAT, about five months after their 5th mini-album FEELM dropped on April 5. FEELM hit a personal best with 120,000 first-week copies sold. The group has since sold out fan concerts in both Seoul and Macau.

The new single's title track Like Fire runs on intense beats and synthesizer sound. Member Yoon Ye-chan (윤예찬) handled composition. B-side wyd? (오늘 어때) came from Nam Seong-mo (남성모), Park Seok-jun (박석준), and Yoon Ye-chan, who also arranged it. The members said Like Fire is "an addictive song that keeps coming to mind once you hear it" and promised "a fierce and hot performance" to match. 82MAJOR are in their fourth year since debuting in 2023.
