TXT's Yeonjun hits GMA Summer Concert Series, Z100 Summer Bash — second K-pop solo on GMA since Jungkook
Yeonjun hits ABC's Good Morning America on Aug 5 and Z100 Summer Bash on Aug 6, making him the first Korean artist to perform at the latter.
TXT's Yeonjun is pushing his second mini-album NO LABELS : Part 02 into the US market with two major performances lined up this week.
August 5 brings a slot on ABC's Good Morning America "Summer Concert Series." He's only the second K-pop solo act to land that stage since BTS's Jungkook in 2023. The next day, August 6, he takes the stage at iHeartMedia Z100's outdoor concert Z100 Summer Bash Presented by Wells Fargo. No Korean artist has performed there before.
Beyond these two dates, he's also the featured artist for Billboard's special live event Billboard: One Night Only. A first solo concert is in the works too, though no date has been announced.
The album's title track is Ice Cream. First-week sales reached 738,072 copies—the highest first-week total of any solo artist album released this year. It charted on both the US Billboard and Japan's Oricon charts. (For a solo debut-era run, that's a pretty stacked schedule.)
