Jang Ki-ha's first solo full-length album started with no sound at all. On September 18, he appeared on KBS 2TV's 더 시즌즈-성시경의 고막남친 (The Seasons – Sung Si-kyung's Ear Boyfriend) to walk through how he made it: a silent film, roughly 30 minutes long, came first. Then he composed music to fit the visuals. Nine tracks emerged from that process.

He had one request about the resulting video. "Please call it 'video music,'" he said, flipping the word order to signal that the image came before the sound. His work as music director on 밀수 (Smugglers) and 베테랑2 (Veteran 2) gave him the training to pull it off.

Host Sung Si-kyung pushed back gently. He told Jang Ki-ha his musical instincts and voice were strong enough that melody would only improve things. Jang Ki-ha fired back that the comment sounded like something Sung Si-kyung himself had posted online — then sang a line from his own song to prove the point. "My standard for melody seems to be different," he said.

His new single 너나 나나 (Neona Nana) came up too. On the recurring question of whether his songs qualify as songs at all, he said he has heard "Is this a song?" since his debut. If the reaction ever stopped, he would worry he had become too mainstream.

So-yeon returned as a solo artist after roughly five years and two months with the new track 퇴사할게여 (I'm Quitting). She described it as an homage to EXO's 잘 부탁드립니다. Despite the title, she has not left Cube Entertainment — staff at the label worked especially hard on the album.

Jo Hyun-a was the 24th guest in the show's duet corner 두 사람 (Two People), performing 그대만 있다면 (If Only You Were Here) alongside Sung Si-kyung in an arrangement she made herself. The show's 사랑한 마음엔 죄가 없다 challenge has now drawn 59 participating teams.
