Yoo In-na Tears Up Meeting Lifelong Idol Kim Hyun-joo on 'Yoo In Radio'

A fan encounter two decades in the making

Yoo In Radio dropped a new episode on September 23, 2026. The title: "Found My Paradise 🖤 | A Precious Guest in a Precious Place | Kim Hyun-joo." It got emotional fast.

Yoo In-na has been a fan of actress Kim Hyun-joo since high school. She told Kim directly: "I really liked you a lot when I was a student." She remembered watching Brown Eyes' Beolsseo Ilnyeon music video on repeat with friends, talking about how beautiful Kim Hyun-joo was. (Years of parasocial feelings, suddenly sitting across from you — that's a lot to process.)

The meeting hit hard. Yoo In-na called it "the most amazing encounter in my life" and cried during the episode.

Kim Hyun-joo came specifically for this

Kim Hyun-joo made clear the appearance was her own call. "We're really meeting for the first time. I came because of Yoo In-na," she said. Even though the visit had a promotional element, she had specifically requested to appear on Yoo In Radio.

Kim Hyun-joo arrived with handmade gifts. For Yoo In-na: a peach-shaped tumbler bag and a hair tie. For Go Young-bae: a four-leaf clover keyring she made herself. She brought extras for the staff too, saying she wasn't sure if they'd need them but came prepared anyway.
