BTS V's 'Love Me Again' Hits Spotify Billions Club as Solo Era Milestones Stack Up
V's solo track 'Love Me Again' has entered Spotify's Billions Club, capping a chart run across iTunes, Billboard, Oricon, and Tidal from his 2023 EP 'Layover'.

'Love Me Again' crosses into Spotify's Billions Club
BTS member V (Kim Tae-hyung, 30) has landed Love Me Again in Spotify's Billions Club. The track comes from Layover, his debut solo EP released in 2023, which also charted in the upper ranks of iTunes, Billboard, Oricon, and Tidal.
OST cuts Sweet Night and Christmas Tree had already put V on the global chart map before the solo era began. Layover wasn't starting from zero.
British tech brand, magazine cover, Paris Fashion Week
V was named global ambassador for a British tech brand, which released a new headphone model alongside a campaign featuring photoshoot and video content filmed in Seoul. A British fashion magazine's autumn issue with V on the cover ranked #1 in the foreign magazine bestseller section of major online bookstores in both Korea and Japan. He also attended Paris Fashion Week.
(The Spanish caption he dropped on Instagram on the 6th — "¿Qué fue?, causa!" — alongside a photo of him in a blue shirt, tousled hair, calm expression, seated indoors — is doing its job of keeping people talking between releases.)
Where the numbers sit
V debuted with BTS in 2013 on the single album 2 COOL 4 SKOOL as dancer and sub-vocalist in the seven-member group. His acting debut came in the KBS 2TV drama Hwarang (2016–2017), where he played Han-sung. The Billions Club entry for Love Me Again is the clearest streaming number attached to his solo run so far.
