Chanmi (Lim Do-hwa) on AOA reunion: "We haven't talked about it" — but she's open to it
AOA's Chanmi, now acting under the name Lim Do-hwa, says the group hasn't discussed a reunion but would be open to one if timing worked out.

AOA hasn't had the reunion conversation yet
Chanmi — who goes by Lim Do-hwa since pivoting to acting — says AOA's members have not discussed getting back together. "We (AOA) actually haven't talked about it among members," she said.
The group debuted in 2012 and built a run of hits including 짧은 치마, 단발머리, 사뿐사뿐, and 심쿵해 before releasing their sixth mini-album NEW MOON in November 2019. That was the last full group project. Jimin left in 2020. Yuna departed in 2021. Hyejung, Seolhyun, and Chanmi all parted ways with FNC Entertainment after that.
Where the members are now
Seolhyun works as an actress. Jimin has kept up solo music activity, dropping new track WYA in June. Yuna married in 2024 and had her first child last year. A near-term reunion looks complicated.
Chanmi acknowledged the reality: "So it might be difficult to meet soon. Even if we meet, I think we could do something with Jimin unnie, but it might be difficult with other members."
She did single out Jimin's solo work. "Actually, I was really impressed and envious that unnie released the Piesta album. Everything was so beautiful," she said.
The door isn't closed
Chanmi stopped short of ruling anything out. If the timing and circumstances of members align, she would like to do activities together again someday. That's about as much as anyone can say given where each member's life is right now. (Chanmi officially changed her name to Lim Do-hwa when she began her acting career.)
