NCT's Chenle & Jisung Hit #1 on Southeast Asian iTunes with 'Crash 2' OST 'Smash It'
NCT's Chenle and Jisung released their first-ever duo OST for ENA's *Crash 2* on November 22—three weeks before the show airs—and hit #1 on iTunes across Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam

NCT duo charts across Southeast Asia before the drama even airs
NCT's Chenle and Jisung dropped Smash It, the first OST for ENA drama Crash 2, on November 22 at 6 PM. The show doesn't premiere until November 16—wait, that's before the release. Three weeks before, actually. The track hit #1 on iTunes in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam almost immediately after release.
Fan accounts had a head start. Jisung's global fan base launched an iTunes #1 campaign on November 21, and by the morning of November 22 Thailand had already cleared the target. Fan campaigns moving faster than the release itself is a whole genre at this point.
Smash It runs 2 minutes 38 seconds. This marks the first time Chenle and Jisung—long referred to as the "Cheongi combo"—have recorded a duo OST since their debut. Yang Dong-hwa and Tei handled songwriting and composition.
