cosmosy opens 'New World': 'Give Me Love' drops October 30
cosmosy confirms 'Give Me Love' for October 30 after their global fan project 'open your eye=sy' hit ~15,000 cumulative participations, clearing the release threshold.
Fan participation unlocked the release
cosmosy will release Give Me Love on October 30 at 6 PM across online music platforms. The single exists because a global fan participation project crossed its own finish line four days early.
The group wrapped open your eye=sy on October 26 with approximately 15,000 cumulative participations, surpassing the target required to trigger an official release. Fan engagement levels determined whether a proper single would drop at all.
What the concept images are actually showing
On October 26, cosmosy dropped trading cards and concept images alongside the release confirmation. The trading cards feature blue-tinted metallic flower petals and heart-shaped objects arranged for a deliberately mysterious look. The concept images shift direction entirely — black and red styling, with black-masked figures standing in a row behind the members. New World : EPISODE 1 appears across the visuals, flagging this as the start of something larger.
("Episode 1" doing a lot of work there.)
The LA show came first
cosmosy performed at 82WORLD: LA at LA State Historic Park on October 17 local time, meeting global fans in person. The release announcement followed ten days later.
