Singer Won Mi-yeon took home the Republic of Korea Entertainment Award at the 2026 대한민국 엔터테인먼트 대상 on October 10. The ceremony was held at the National Assembly Members' Hall conference room in Yeouido, Seoul, drawing more than 500 attendees.
The Republic of Korea Entertainment Association, chaired by Lee Il-seop (이일섭), organized the event. The association identifies and recognizes companies, individuals, and organizations advancing in culture and arts, medical care, ESG management, and brand development.

The event's theme was "The value of culture and arts, shining with honor." This framing reflects the association's reach across entertainment, ESG, and healthcare recognition.
