Actor Won Tae-min plays Han Jeong-hun in the 10th anniversary run of musical 'Gone Tomorrow,' Sept 15–Nov 29, 2026 at Hongik University Daehakro Art Center.

Won Tae-min steps onto the musical stage
Actor Won Tae-min is joining the 10th anniversary production of the musical Gone Tomorrow (곤투모로우), running September 15 through November 29, 2026 at Hongik University Daehakro Art Center Grand Theater. He plays Han Jeong-hun, a figure who approaches Kim Ok-gyun under secret orders from the king.
For the 32-year-old, this is new terrain. His career since debuting in 2020 has been almost entirely screen work. Born Won Hyeong-hun, he switched to the stage name Won Tae-min in July 2022.
From engineering scholarship to acting
The Daegu native's path to performance took sharp turns. He enrolled at Sungkyunkwan University on a four-year full scholarship in mechanical engineering, where he sang as a vocalist in the engineering college band and served as a school ambassador. He later pivoted entirely, entering the Korean National University of Arts' Department of Acting.
His screen credits since debut span multiple platforms. 너의 마음은 음소거 (2020) gave him a lead role as 제원. You Make Me Dance (2021, OTT) followed with another lead as 진홍석. He took the lead again in 비의도적 연애담 (2023, OTT) playing 고호태. 퀸메이커 (2023, Netflix) cast him in a supporting role as 수호. 조폭인 내가 고등학생이 되었습니다 (2024, TVING/Wavve/Watcha) featured him as 김동수. Most recently, the film 내 손끝에 너의 온도가 닿을 때 (2024) made him the lead as 고호태.
The musical fit
Won Tae-min plays guitar and piano. He's logged years of stage-facing experience—curtain calls where he's known for hand kisses and affectionate gestures toward the audience. (The coin karaoke habit probably doesn't hurt vocal stamina.) He relieves stress through exercise and coin karaoke.
The Gone Tomorrow anniversary run continues through late November.
