Soran remade Awesome City Club's 'ceremony' with (G)I-DLE's MIYEON and launched a 16-artist duet challenge series.

Korean band Soran released ceremony, a remake of Japanese band Awesome City Club's same-titled track, featuring (G)I-DLE's MIYEON. Two outlets confirm the release date as May 27, though one lists June 12—the discrepancy remains unresolved. Producer Brother Su (브라더수) handled production. It's also the first single Soran has released with an English version.
The band paired the release with a "ceremony duet challenge" series, filming versions with 16 artists spanning idol, band, and entertainment circles: Andouble's Seungeon, Kep1er's Chaehyun, DAY6's Wonpil, comedian Moon Se-yoon, Yuzu, ZEROBASEONE's Kim Tae-rae, ON&OFF's Hyojin, OWIS's Soi, comedian Song Eun-yi, OH MY GIRL's Hyojung, PLAVE's Bambi, Lee Jae-yul, Kickflip's Donghyun, Apink's Namjoo, Hui, and &TEAM's Uiju. More challenge content is planned for later.
Soran also revived Sipran (십란), their long-running content series with 10CM. The two acts said: "We don't know how often we'll do this, but we started with the mindset of just trying."
On the live front, Soran enters July with PERFECT DAY 12, their small-theater long-run performance brand. August 1 and 2, they share the stage with 10CM at the Mint Paper 20th anniversary joint concert.
