Trot singer Kim Jung-yeon drops his first mini album and will perform new tracks live at Samsung Hall, Ewha Womans University on July 25–26.

Kim Jung-yeon released his first mini album, Woori Jeong-i. The 33-year-old trot singer told fans: "It was possible thanks to so many people helping me, and I worked on it with a lot of love."
The Seoul-born artist debuted in 2015 as leader and main vocalist of boy group A6P on the digital single Face Off. He pivoted to trot in 2020 with the single album 수호천사 (Guardian Angel). Since then he's released 부디 오래오래, 토요일 토요일 밤에, 옷깃만 스쳐도 인연입니다, and 내일 생각해요. His competition run includes a third-round appearance on Tomorrow is Mr. Trot, a fourth-place finish in the finals of Burning Trot Man, and a 2025 spot in the third round of Active Singing King 2 alongside Mr. Trot 1 contestant Han Gang.
The mini album gets its live debut at PERFORMER VOL.3 Variety—the third instalment of his PERFORMER series—at Samsung Hall, Ewha Womans University, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. July 25 at 6 PM and July 26 at 5 PM. New tracks from Woori Jeong-i will premiere at those shows.
