Song Min-jun tops TEN Chart poll for male trot singer fans would brave a heat wave to see

Song Min-jun is the male trot singer fans say they'd leave the house for — heat wave warnings or not.

TenAsia ran the poll from June 10 to 16, asking readers which male trot singer could pull them outside despite extreme heat. Song Min-jun took first place. The timing lines up with his recent exclusive contract signing with Grace Entertainment (그레이스이엔엠), home to Lee Chan-won, Kim Hee-jae, and Park Ji-hyun. Song finished 8th in the final round of Mr. Trot 2 and appeared on Hyunyeok Gawang 2 (현역가왕2).

Kim Jung-yeon (김중연) came in 2nd. She has a solo concert lined up — PERFORMER VOL.3 Variety runs June 25–26 at Samsung Hall on the Ewha Womans University campus in Seoul. The shows will mark the first live performances of new tracks from her debut mini album Uri Jeong-i (우리정이), with upgraded choreography and live vocals.

Park Se-wook (박세욱) rounded out the top three. He won MBN's Voice Trot (보이스트롯), later appeared on TV Chosun's Mr. Trot 2, and released the album Sarang-ui Bulsssi (사랑의 불씨) last year.
