THE BOYZ's Q drops debut solo single 'Anytime' on July 9, tied to MBC Plus drama

THE BOYZ member Q (Ji Changmin) drops his first solo single, Anytime, on July 9 across online music platforms worldwide.

The track leans into Q's distinctive vocal tone and soft emotional delivery. A calm melody pairs with poetic lyrics. The chorus: "You can call me anytime / I'll run to you through the moon / You can find me anytime."

Anytime is also the OST for My Idol, My Debut (최애 데뷔), an MBC Plus drama premiering July 16 on MBC Drama Net and Japanese OTT platform Lemino, with sequential broadcasts on MBC M, Wave, Tving, and Watcha. The story follows a devoted fan who travels back eight years, becomes an idol trainee, and tries to change fate to prevent a tragic accident. Han Geumbi directs. Choi Yeon-su wrote it (she previously penned entertainment-industry rom-com Shooting Star). Minari Entertainment produces. Anytime will accompany the drama's growth, excitement, and romance scenes throughout its run.

Teaser content for the single rolls out sequentially via Q's official SNS channels ahead of the July 9 release. THE BOYZ wrapped their solo concert INTER-ZECTION at Seoul Olympic Park KSPO Dome across April 24–26, keeping the group in an active stretch heading into this.
