Bayern Munich are in Jeju through August 8 for their 2026 summer Asia tour, with a friendly vs. Jeju SK FC and a later clash against Aston Villa in Hong Kong.

Bayern Munich landed in Jeju, South Korea as part of their 2026 summer Asia tour. The Korea leg runs through August 8.
On August 4, the squad takes on K League side Jeju SK FC in a preseason friendly. Next stop: Hong Kong for the Audi Football Summit on August 7, where they face UEFA Europa League champions Aston Villa in another evaluation match.
Public training sessions and fan events fill the Korea schedule. Club legends Giovanni Elber and Roy Makaay greeted supporters at the airport, posing for photos and signing autographs as the squad arrived.
Goalkeeper Manuel Neuer, 40, spoke to the fan enthusiasm directly. "I will go to the training ground and stadium to sign autographs whenever fans are there," he said. But he was clear about priorities: "This tour is not just for fan service. Since we are in the preseason period preparing for the new season, we must also focus on team training and matches."
