Confined White signs with MPMG MUSIC, drops new single '미열' on Aug 15

Confined White (컨파인드 화이트) signed an exclusive contract with MPMG MUSIC on August 3. They announced it on stage at the 2026 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival right after their opening-day set. The crowd reacted immediately and loudly.

Formed in 2019, all four members born in 1999. They debuted in 2020 with 독, then Hello, dear and 불씨 / 우리는 그렇게 before their self-titled first EP Confined White. The accolades stacked up: 2025 Incheon Pentaport Super Rookie award, EBS 이달의 헬로루키 for July 2026, and a top-10 finish at 2026 Indie Stance.

MPMG MUSIC houses Soran, Thornnapple, SURL, TOUCHED, Lacuna, and Yudabin Band. The label knows indie-rock. They'll handle album production, solo concerts, and domestic and international festival slots for Confined White.

The members said they are "happy and excited" to join alongside senior artists they have long respected. "We will come to you with more mature music and live performances under systematic management."

미열 drops August 15. After that comes the 2026 Music Flow Festival, Sound Planet Festival 2026, the 2026 EBS Hello Rookie showcase, and the Indie Stance finals. New album work and solo concert prep are also underway. A super rookie award one year, a major indie label deal the next—the timeline is moving fast.
