Disney+ unveiled the main poster and trailer for The Remarried Empress on the 16th. Lee Jong-suk plays Prince Heinley opposite Shin Min-a, Ju Ji-hoon, and Lee Se-young.

The Remarried Empress hits Disney+ on November 4. The main poster and trailer dropped on the 16th, and Lee Jong-suk shared the poster to Instagram the next morning.
Lee Jong-suk, 36, takes on Heinley, prince of the Western Kingdom. Shin Min-a plays Naviae, the Eastern Empire's empress. Ju Ji-hoon is Emperor Sovieshu. Lee Se-young rounds out the core cast as Rastha, a runaway slave. The story kicks off when Sovieshu falls for Rastha and hands Naviae divorce papers. Instead of accepting, she demands permission to remarry Heinley. (Sovieshu's in-trailer line: "I must divorce the empress.")
This is the first live-action adaptation of the web novel and webtoon IP. The original webtoon had logged 2.97 billion cumulative global views as of July.
I Can Hear Your Voice hit a 24.1% peak viewership rating with Lee Jong-suk playing Park Suha. The film The Face Reader, where he appeared as Kim Jin-hyung, drew 9.13 million admissions. In 2022 he won the Grand Prize at the MBC Drama Awards for Big Mouth, where he played Park Chang-ho.
His 2025 lineup is packed. He'll play Ahn Ju-hyung in the tvN drama Seochodong and has an Asia fan meeting tour lined up. His fan club, With JS, launched after his first Seoul fan meeting in 2014. Last year he held the Invitation to With exhibition, displaying photos and content centered on the fan club. He also contributed two OST tracks—"Come to Me" and "Do You Know"—to While You Were Sleeping.
One more thing: certified 4th-degree Taekwondo black belt.
