NMIXX announce Oct. 19 comeback with 'Strange Muse,' debut unit songs for all three pairings
NMIXX's sixth mini album arrives October 19 with three unit tracks—a first since debut—plus an encore concert run in November.
NMIXX are back in five months with six tracks and a first
NMIXX set October 19 at 6 PM as the release date for Strange Muse, their sixth mini album, five months after their previous activity. JYP Entertainment confirmed the news on September 21 via official social media with the full tracklist.
The album opens with 긴 소원 (Birthday Wish), the title track. Then comes Kerosene, RudE TaLK, and three unit songs: 너는 달 (Sing to the Moon) by LILY and HAEWON, Hot 'n Unbothered by SULLYOON and BAE, and 휙 (WHIP) by JIWOO and KYUJIN.
Three unit songs — a debut-era first
All three unit tracks are NMIXX's first since the group debuted. LILY and HAEWON both wrote lyrics for 너는 달 (Sing to the Moon). SULLYOON and BAE did the same for Hot 'n Unbothered. JIWOO and KYUJIN handled lyrics on 휙 (WHIP), with KYUJIN also contributing to composition. BAE co-wrote the lyrics for RudE TaLK, which is not a unit track.

The comeback lands two days after NMIXX swept three awards at the 2026 The Fact Music Awards on September 19 at Busan Asiad Main Stadium: Artist of the Year, SULLYOON's My Star Award, and the Grand Prize for Sound of the Year. It was the group's first Grand Prize at a domestic music awards ceremony.
The tour closes in November
NMIXX will hold an encore concert at Incheon Inspire Arena from November 27 to 29. The three-night run closes out their debut world tour, EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER, wrapping approximately one year of touring.
