UNIS to disband as F&F Entertainment contract ends September 26

UNIS will officially disband on September 26, 2026, when their exclusive management contract with F&F Entertainment expires. The 8-member group formed through SBS audition program Universe Ticket will end official activities that day.

F&F Entertainment announced the news on September 22 via UNIS's official SNS. The agency and members "continuously discussed the contract period and future activity direction" before deciding to conclude group activities in line with the scheduled contract term. The group has been with the label for 2 years and 6 months.

Eight members, two and a half years

UNIS — 진현주 (Jin Hyunjoo), 나나 (Nana), 젤리당카 (Jellydanca), 코토코 (Kotoko), 방윤하 (Bang Yunha), 엘리시아 (Elisia), 오윤아 (Oh Yuna), and 임서원 (Im Seowon) — debuted in March 2024 with their first mini album We UNIS.

The group's fandom name is EverAfter. F&F Entertainment closed its statement by crediting them: "UNIS's existence was possible thanks to EverAfter who have always been by our side."

Final releases before the curtain

UNIS stayed active through the end. They promoted Haneul Ttang Byeol Ttang, a remake of the 1997 song by female duo BIBI, which gained traction on the Melon daily chart after its July 8 release. A final digital single, Milky Way, drops September 23—three days before the contract expires. The group also hit the KMA 2026 red carpet at Koryo University Hwajung Sports Gymnasium in Seoul's Seongbuk-gu on July 25.

F&F Entertainment said it will "sincerely support the members as they stand at a new starting line and continue their dreams in their respective places."
