Hyoyeon draws the line in Contract Marriage ep. 5: "Unnie said don't fall for that"
Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon watches Choi Jeong-hyun and Jung Min-hyun get drunk and honest in episode 5 of *Contract Marriage*, airing Oct. 26.

Day 3, drinks, and a gap in emotional speed
Three days into their contract marriage, Choi Jeong-hyun and Jung Min-hyun sit down with drinks. The quiet parts come out. Episode 5 of Contract Marriage (계약결혼), airing Monday, October 26, centers on their frank—and uncomfortable—exchange about where they actually stand.
Jeong-hyun asks the obvious question: if they'd met on a blind date instead, how would Min-hyun have seen him? Her answer doesn't soften. "I think I would have thought you were a bit strong. Your way of speaking is a bit strong too." Jeong-hyun feels it land. "I like you, but it seems you don't like me," he says. "It doesn't feel like behavior toward a husband. I'm disappointed."
Min-hyun tries to walk it back, but not far enough. "I can't keep up with the speed of emotion that you give me," she tells him. Later she adds, about his talkativeness: "If it gets intense, I think I'll get tired." Jeong-hyun says he genuinely wants to marry someone things work out with. Before the night ends, they hold hands and hug outside their home.
Hyoyeon sets the rules from the commentary panel
Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon watches from the 결혼 참견단 (Marriage Intervention Panel), serving as the unmarried voice. Her reaction to Jeong-hyun's romantic moves is instant.
"Unnie, they told us not to fall for things like that," Hyoyeon says, catching herself.
She follows with a hard line: "Coffee and cigarettes mean no kissing." The 커담 shorthand—coffee and cigarettes—apparently comes with rules.
