IVE's mini album 'Looks Can Kill' drops October 26 as members blanket TV and YouTube ahead of release
IVE drops 'Looks Can Kill' on October 26. Ahead of the release, all six members are scattered across variety shows and YouTube channels doing their own thing.

IVE's mini album Looks Can Kill arrives October 26 across major domestic and international music platforms. The title track dropped a week earlier, on October 19.
Every member on a different screen
SBS Inkigayo got one performance out of them on October 25. After that, each member went her own way.
An Yujin and Jon Park dueted on Jon or Park?, covering both Looks Can Kill and Taylor Swift's Cruel Summer. Jang Wonyoung sat down for Today's Joo Woo-jae and ate seven fruit desserts while explaining that she'd rather have dessert than rice.
Gaeul stopped by Huh Kyung-hwan's Trend Show to talk about wanting her own signature catchphrase tied to the album's hero concept. She and Leeseo entered a hero-themed drawing contest on YouTube's My Geugeugeu. Leeseo's canvas filled with hearts. "True hero is one overflowing with love," she said. Gaeul painted a hero defending Earth from space. The pair also hit Jeon Hyun-moo Plan 4 on MBN and Channel S to eat on camera again.
Rei's rap pitch and Liz's cover set
Liz took the stage on KBS2's The Seasons - Sung Si-kyung's Eardrum Boyfriend and sang Kim Se-jeong's Flower Path (Prod. By ZICO) and AKMU's How Can I Love You Until We Break Up, I'm Just Loving You.
Rei covered more ground. On Bang Ji-min's Just Met But Speaking Casually?, she revealed that she'd pitched adding rap to Looks Can Kill during production to strengthen the hero concept. She also appeared on CRAVITY Hyungjun's Round Song Hyung-jun, where she shared that hearing him practice during her trainee days gave her strength. Hyungjun offered his own tip for stage fright: "Think of your heartbeat as applause sent to you on stage."
(Six members, six different platforms — the rollout is thorough even by comeback-szn standards.)
The full mini album Looks Can Kill is available October 26.
