Kim Yun-seok and Gu Kyo-hwan, first time on screen together
Blizzard (폭설) opens November 18. Kim Yun-seok and Gu Kyo-hwan lead this mystery drama directed by Hong Ui-jeong and Park Sun-woo—their first collaboration.
Kim Yun-seok plays Gapsu, a station master clocking out before retirement. Gu Kyo-hwan is Hyun-taek, the newly assigned successor. On Hyun-taek's first day, they find a body at a rural train station buried in snow. Neither knows what comes next.
The disagreement plays out in their dialogue. Gapsu mutters, "I didn't hear a car sound?" Hyun-taek fires back: "We should report this to the police." Gapsu waves it off—"Today Seol-o Station is busy. Right?"—and Hyun-taek won't drop it: "Please listen to what I have to say, senior." Two veterans. One corpse. No agreement.
Supporting cast
Park Su-young plays Police Lieutenant Choi. Noh Yun-seo plays Police Officer Yang.
