LIGHTSUM drops "Eotteoke (Doshite KR ver.)" MV teaser, first full-group Korean release in 2 years
LIGHTSUM dropped an MV teaser on Oct. 21 for their Korean rework of Japanese debut title track "Doshite," out Oct. 22.

Two years, one Korean comeback
LIGHTSUM — Sang-a, Chowon, Nayoung, Hina, Juhyeon, and Yujeong — released the MV teaser for 어떡해 (Doshite KR ver.) on October 21. The digital single arrives October 22 across music platforms.
The track reworks どうして (Doshite), the title track from Re:idol, the group's Japanese debut album. It captures the excitement and emotional wavering that comes from fixating on every word and action of someone you like. The original's youthful sensibility gets rewritten in Korean lyrics.
This marks the full six-member group's first domestic release in approximately two years. (They debuted in 2021 under Cube Entertainment and promoted with Vivace, Vanilla, and Alive before officially debuting in Japan in September 2026.)
What's coming next
October 22 brings a performance on Mnet's M Countdown. December 28 is locked in for their first showcase at Spotify O-EAST in Tokyo — billed as either Re:idol SHOWCASE or Re SHOWCASE (the latter listed as tentative).
The Tokyo date marks their first showcase as they continue activities in Japan following the September debut.
