Singer Haru holds first fan meeting in Seoul with 2,000 fans after debut
Haru, a Cheongju-born solo singer with back-to-back TV competition wins, drew 2,000 fans to Sejong University's Daeyang Hall for her debut fan meeting on Oct. 10.
On October 10, Haru held her first fan meeting since debut at Sejong University Daeyang Hall in Seoul. About 2,000 fans showed up.
The singer is from Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. She's released two solo singles: 숯덩이 and 당신과 밤과 나 사이. Her fandom goes by 하루종일 and claims red as their official color.
Five consecutive wins and a record title
Before the fan meeting, Haru built her name through broadcast competitions. In 2025 she won five consecutive weeks on KBS 아침마당 - 도전! 꿈의 무대 and became the youngest champion ever in the program's championship round (왕중왕전). She placed second on MBN 무명전설 in 2026.
At the event she told the crowd, "Today is the most special day in my life." She continued: "I felt again that I exist because of you all. Let's walk together going forward."
What's coming up
Haru has several appearances lined up. KBS 전국노래자랑 Paju edition recording is set for October 3. She'll appear on KBS 가요무대 on October 24, then return to KBS 아침마당 on October 30 for a segment called 하루의 음악 인생. On October 15 she attends designer Kim Ji-man's fashion show as a celebrity guest. In September 2027, she'll attend Seoul Fashion Week SS as a celebrity.
