Sooyoung tells Tiffany "Call me the villain" after breakup with Jung Kyung Ho
Sooyoung's Girls' Generation groupmates celebrated her split from Jung Kyung Ho with playful SNS banter as she gears up for her first villain role in 'OK Madam 2'.
Choi Sooyoung's 14-year public relationship with actor Jung Kyung Ho ended last month. The breakup stayed under the radar until Tiffany Young decided otherwise.
On July 28, Tiffany showed up to the press screening of OK Madam 2 to support Sooyoung. She posted selfies of them together with a caption: "She's a movie star." Sooyoung replied in the comments. "Call me the villain."
It's a reference to OK Madam 2, which opens August 12. The film marks Sooyoung's first villain role.
Tiffany and Sooyoung debuted together in Girls' Generation back in 2007. Their paths have diverged lately. Tiffany married actor Byun Yo Han on February 27 and is currently in the stage play Yumi's Cells. No wedding ceremony date has been announced yet. Both sides said they are "carefully considering a simple ceremony in worship format with family members," with no confirmed time or location.
Sooyoung is charting her own course on screen. Villain era, apparently.
