TUIDE to preview full debut album live before release at Seoul event on Aug 1-2
HYBE's new label ABD is letting fans hear TUIDE's entire debut album live at Layer Studio 11 in Seoul on August 1 and 2, before any official release.
TUIDE—a seven-member girl group under HYBE Music Group's newly launched label ABD—will perform every track from their debut album live before it officially drops. The two-day event, TUIDE EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW [PLAYGROUND], runs August 1 and 2 at Layer Studio 11 in Seoul.
The group consists of Seohee (서희), Seoyeon (서연), Elena (엘레나), Jia (지아), Saki (사키), Sea (세아), and Ihani (이하니). TUIDE is ABD's first girl group. Their name pulls from "Tune the tide"—the group's stated mission to adjust and lead the world's changing flow while giving audiences new experiences.
No photography, video, audio recording, or live streaming allowed at the venue. Fans can apply through Weverse until July 26; spots go to lottery winners.
ABD called it "a special opportunity for fans to discover and experience TUIDE first" and urged supporters to "cheer on TUIDE's beginning together." Two full days of album previews before a single track drops is a gamble for a pre-debut act—ABD is banking on word-of-mouth from the room.
